I am board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a specialization in the treatment of children, adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. I provide a personalized evidence-based care that may include psychotherapy and/or medication management that meets your unique needs. I believe in meeting you where you are, focusing on your strengths, and working with you to achieve your goals. I'm additionally trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and integrate DBT principles into my approach when appropriate. I actively listen to the everyday challenges keeping you from fulfillment and work with you in designing a treatment plan that plays into your strengths and uncovers your potential for growth. I use medications judiciously and work collaboratively with others in your care team. I welcome referrals from therapists for medication evaluation and ongoing medication support and am open to collaboration to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
